She also loves spending time with friends and family, playing card and board games, watching movies, and traveling! 🎲🎬✈️ 🔹 Career: In her 11th year of teaching and 3rd year at Fairfield Jr. High, Ms. Tenney has also taught at North Sanpete Middle and Mountain Green Middle. Beyond the classroom, she is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, having served five years on active duty, four of them in Security Police. 🔹 Fun Fact: She’s a military brat and was born outside of the United States on a military base! 🌍 🔹 Favorite Vacation: A three-month deployment to the Greek side of Cyprus—an unforgettable experience!

She also enjoys exploring the possibilities at RV and Home Shows! 🚐🏡 🔹 Career: In her 11th year of teaching, Ms. Elmore started in ELA before transitioning to CTE upon moving to Utah. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation in education 📚🎓 and lives by Mark Twain’s words: Love what you do, and you’ll never work a day in your life. 🔹 Fun Fact: As a military child from a long lineage of service members, she attended six different schools and lived in five states and two countries! 🌍 Join us in thanking Ms. Elmore and all our incredible CTE teachers for their dedication and impact! 💙

She also holds a master’s in Educational Technology and is currently earning her second master’s in Digital Marketing! 🔹 Fun Fact: Originally from Wyoming, she moved to Utah for her senior year and graduated from Layton High (Go Lancers! ⚔️). She also won 10 state softball championships—granted, there were only three other teams, but still! 🥎😆 🔹 Favorite Vacation: Anywhere warm with water! 🌞🏖️ Whether it's swimming, boating, or paddleboarding, she’s happiest by the water.

Congratulations to our students for completing their National History Day projects! The work and time throughout 1st semester that went into researching, learning, writing, and preparing their presentations was impressive, and the results were fantastic! Our school finalists showcased their learning and final products in the Media Center. A big thanks to all our Social Studies teachers, who mentored them through the process.

🏀 What a Season for Fairfield Girls Basketball! 🏀 Our Lady Falcons left it all on the court this season, showing heart, determination, and teamwork every step of the way. Though the playoff run came to an end, nothing can take away the incredible accomplishments, growth, and memories made along the journey. Mrs. Trost & Ms. Christensen planned a fun and educational activity for their math students last week: An Elf Escape Room. Their students were engaged throughout the entire class period.
