Adams Elementary participated in Utah’s First Lady Cox’s Read-A-Thon today—with some CRAZY hair to top it off! 🤪📚 We’re so proud of all our Eagle's hard work and can’t wait to see where the love of reading takes them! ❤️

Today we had the chance to celebrate an awesome group of Adams Eagles who were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating our September Trait of the Month: RESPECT! 💙🦅

These students have shown respect through their words, actions, choices, and the way they treat others each day. As a special celebration, they joined us for Pizza with the Principals! 🍕🎉

We are so proud of these Eagles for being great examples in our school. Keep showing respect, making a difference, and living our theme—Be Bold. Be Brave. Be You. And let’s SOAR! 🦅

We loved celebrating another awesome group of **SOAR Card winners** this week! These Eagles were recognized for making great choices, showing kindness and respect, working hard, and demonstrating our SOAR expectations.

Their reward? Some time together enjoying **chips and salsa** and celebrating their success! 🌮🥳

Way to SOAR Adams Eagles! Students earned $14,836.19 from the jog-a-thon! Today, we got to celebrate all the hard work that went into the fundraiser. Thank you, PTA! You always go above and beyond for us!

We love our faculty and staff! Today teachers had the Chaos Carnival join their classes for some carnival games, churros, and other sweet treats!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing PTA for hosting today’s Fun Run! Our Eagles had an absolute blast running, cheering each other on, and enjoying a great day together.

We are also incredibly grateful for our Adams families and community for all of your support and generous donations. Your support makes events like this possible and helps our PTA continue doing amazing things for our students and school.

Take a look at these amazing Adams staff members who are out each day helping keep our students safe! ❤️ We need everyone’s help to make arrival and dismissal as safe and smooth as possible.

When you’re in our parking lot, please pay close attention to staff directions, follow all posted traffic signs, show patience and kindness—even when things are busy—and most importantly, **watch closely for children at all times.**

Our staff members are there for one reason: to help every Eagle get to and from school safely. Thank you for slowing down, staying alert, and working together with us. A few extra moments of patience can make a BIG difference! 🦅❤️

Students can earn a **SOAR Club Card** when they are caught showing our schoolwide SOAR expectations — **Self-Control, On-Task, Achievement, and Respect!** These awesome Eagles have been leading by example and showing what it means to SOAR at Adams!

Free summer lunch for all who are under 18; check it out all summer!

Join Davis Reads 45 this summer! Students are challenged to read for 45 days, earning prizes every 5 days and a special end-of-summer event for those who complete the challenge. Pick up books during summer library hours. Families should check with their local elementary school for specific days and times. Regular summer reading helps prevent learning loss and supports continued academic growth. Contact your school or library to get started!

Happy Summer!! The staff had a great time beating our sixth graders at kickball. It was sad to send them off today. Good luck students and have a safe summer!

Congratulations to Ms Lawrence! She was selected by WGU as the teacher from Davis School District who has made a positive impact in the lives of many. She is truly a teacher that makes a difference (spark) in her students!!
